Planning Application
Over our many years working with builders, clients, councils and engineers, we believe Planning Applications need carful consideration.
Various documents in addition to the Town Planning Drawings can form part of a Planning Application. Here is an initial list of documents that could be applicable for a Planning Permit:

Working Drawings
These are a set of drawings including all of the details and structural information required to both get a building permit and to build your project. Working drawings are essential for the construction process.
